Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern
the use of the
Falcon Vehicle Protection System provided by
Falcon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Provider") to the Client.
1. Scope of Services
- Installation and use of Falcon Console Device, AI Cameras, and IoT Sensors.
- Access to Falcon Owner and Driver mobile applications.
- Access to Falcon Console Application.
- Cloud-based encrypted storage for all collected vehicle data, media, and events.
- Software updates and technical support during the subscription period.
2. Ownership & Usage
- All provided hardware remains the property of the Provider.
- All software, AI models, and intellectual property belong solely to Falcon Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Clients must return all devices in working condition at the end of the agreement.
3. Detected Events

Detected when driver is looking away from road for extended time. |
Eyes Off-Road |
Eyes not focused on the road even while facing forward. |
Ghost Driving |
Driver leaves visible zone of the camera. |
No Seat Belt |
Driver not wearing a seat belt while in motion. |
Unauthorized Driver |
Someone other than assigned driver is driving. |
Note: AI detections are probabilistic. Events may be missed or falsely detected based on
lighting, posture, hardware conditions.

Fire or smoke inside vehicle cabin or container. |

Deviation beyond safe temperature thresholds. |

Driver fails or skips breath test. |
Idle Engine |
Ignition ON, vehicle not moving for prolonged duration. |
Over-Speeding |
Speed exceeds limit set in Falcon Owner App. |
Sensor reliability depends on proper positioning, installation, and intact connections.

- Ignition On/Off
- Vehicle Halts
- Live Tracking
- Trip Recording
- Media Uploads (photos/videos of passengers, goods, receipts)
4. Liability
- Falcon is a preventive tool and does not guarantee accident or theft prevention.
- Provider is not liable for damages from:
- Driver negligence or human error.
- Power issues, voltage fluctuation, or hardware tampering.
- Environmental interference or acts of God.
- Maximum liability is limited to one month’s service fee per affected vehicle.
5. Hardware, Power & Battery
- Some sensors/devices are powered via ignition and others via battery.
- If vehicles are idle for more than 5 days, Client must notify Falcon support to avoid battery drain.
- Connections made directly to fuse box or battery may void vehicle warranty. Falcon is not liable unless
customer has provided written approval.
6. Device Loss/Damage
- Hardware damaged due to human error or negligence must be paid for by the Client.
- Damage caused by technical failure (non-human) will be repaired by Falcon.
- Any theft or vandalism of devices is the responsibility of the Client.
7. Privacy & Data Security
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Falcon complies with GDPR and ISO 27001 security standards.
- Client data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
8. Termination
- Either party can terminate with 30 days' written notice.
- All hardware must be returned in working condition or client will be charged.
9. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
- Disputes will fall under jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
